Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral therapy aims at gaining awareness about irrational beliefs and in some situations, discovery of how these beliefs come up. In the later phase, carrying on some studies with person on the purpuse of changing irrational beliefs, getting rid of behavioral patterns which are offensive and giving to person some concrete homeworks. Putting another behavioral pattern is required from the person instead of offensive behaviours. At the end of the therapy, leaving behavioral pattern and beliefs that make him miserable and developing realistic beliefs about himself are expected.
